#Virtuality2018 – Second waves of speakers !

Few days ago we announced the first names for our 2018 edition dedicated to virtual, augmented and mixed reality (the first speakers & first informations about our programme), and we have real news to share again ! Our talks will be 20-minutes presentation by french and internationals speakers : rendez-vous at Virtuality 2018 to meet them !

Virtuality 2018 - Talks - United NationsKRISTIN GUTEKUNST (UNITED NATIONS)

Kristin is an Executive Producer for the UN SDG Action Campaign, responsible for curating and implementing the campaign’s storytelling portfolio – including UN Virtual Reality, new media and immersive content. Kristin has extensive experience in campaigning for development, particularly with grassroots mobilization, youth engagement, innovative communications, and the creation of high-level advocacy strategies. She was also previously the MY World Assistant Project Manager.

Prior to the Campaign she worked with UNICEF’s global HIV/AIDS Campaign and as a teacher in multiple countries. She has a Masters in Development, Management and Policy from Georgetown University and the University of San Martin in Buenos Aires, and a BA in English and Spanish Literature from Fordham University, Rose Hill in New York City. About her talk

Virtuality 2018 - Talks - France TélévisionsNATHALIE DUBOZ (FRANCE TELEVISIONS)

Nathalie Duboz, journalist and special correspondent for the MédiaLab of information of France televisions, she has been in the news ground for over 20 years. As a camerawoman for the France 2 newscast, she has covered all subjects, all grounds. For over a year and a half, she has been confronted with the task of uniting the 360° format to broadcasting information.

She proposes a new way of storytelling and workflow to the editorial department of France télévisions, through the university of FTV. The main goal being informing through 360° and therefore, being immersive while remaining free, and keep the spectator entertained, independently from the subject being 360° material or not. About her talk

Victor Agulhon, CEO and co-founder of TARGO. He attended the SciencesPo Management school and NUMA, a start-up booster, Victor is in charge of the business development and and marketing of TARGO. Passionate for the endless possibilities offered by VR and AR, and through the distribution of innovative content from TARGO, he aims to allow access to this technology to the general public. Virtuality 2018 - Talks JEAN MARIOTTE (SMARTVR STUDIO)

Serial entrepreneur dans la tech et passionné de réalité virtuelle, Jean a co-fondé smartVR studio en 2015. Très vite des marques comme Thales, Accor, SNCF, Kenzo, ENGIE, TF1 font appel au studio pour créer des expériences sur mesure VR.

Le studio développe aussi ses propres expériences sur la verticale gaming / entertainment. Plusieurs salles d’arcade VR à travers le monde exploitent déjà les licences des jeux développés par le studio telles que TOP FLOOR, Indy Run, Excalibur VR, Zero Gravity.

AFTER-H (lien) est le prochain jeu du studio annoncé en avant première à Virtuality 2018. Le First Person Shooter ambitionne de devenir la référence du eSport VR grâce aux nombreuses innovations réalisées. About his talk

MARIE JOURDREN & ANTOINE CARDON (DVGROUP)

Marie Jourdren, née en 1980 à Vannes, est directrice de création. En 2003, elle rejoint BETC en tant que directrice artistique avant d’entrer chez Mazarine Digital où elle prendra en charge la direction de création de nombreux comptes prestigieux comme Chanel, Prada, JC de Castelbajac, Botterga Veneta, Viktor&Rolf, Valentino, Giampiero Bodino, Carven et L’Oréal designer brand.

En 3 ans, elle conçoit plus de 50 films publicitaires pour ces marques et se spécialise dans l’innovation digitale et la réalité virtuelle en imaginant sa première expérience VR: pradaxprada. Elle rejoint DVgroup en 2017 et porte le développement du département créatif. C’est en travaillant sur les nouveaux formats interactifs et narratifs qu’elle imagine Alice, The Virtual Reality Play, dont elle est l’auteur et la conceptrice. About her talk

Serial entrepreneur et gourou de l’innovation, Antoine a travaillé pour de nombreuses industries : la publicité et la communication, le digital, la télévision et le cinéma, et l’architecture. Il fait ces premiers pas dans la réalité virtuelle il y a plus de 20 ans en tant que membre fondateur de la communauté VRML. En 2011, il participe à la création de DV où il prend la direction de l’innovation.

DV est un studio d’innovation créé en 2011 qui conçoit et développe des formats narratifs inédits et plonge le spectateur dans des expériences immersives marquantes.  About his talk

 

PHILIPPE LEWICKI (AFTERNOW)

Philippe Lewicki is the captain of AfterNow, a mixed reality development agency specializing in AR glasses like the HoloLens. AfterNow is a Microsoft Mixed Reality Partner. Before focusing exclusively on user experience in mixed reality  Philippe was CTO of YogaGlo. About his talk

 

 

DAVID BIGIAOUI (CINETEVE)

David Bigiaoui is a producer. Self-taught, he built his culture and vision on digital productions through a series of experiments. In the past, he has worked on projects in a wide array of formats and for multiple uses: digital installations, virtual reality, video games, application softwares, interactive movies.

With innovation as his guiding light, he developed several interactive projects at Cinétévé. His productions include: « WEI or Die », « DIY Manifesto », « Générations 14 » and « Jaurès pas à pas ». In this sandbox of technologies, he is persuaded that we still have everything to do and that possibilities of creating innovating and involving narrative experiences are right ahead of us.

David Bigiaoui is a founding member of PXN ; digital experiences producers association. He is also a USPA member and used to sit on the board of the CNC new media commission. About his talk

ALEXIS GONNET (BLIPPAR)

Alexis joined Blippar to support Global Sales and Operations in the exciting industry of Augmented Reality. His role is to offer Blippar’s ground breaking Augmented Reality solutions to the world’s biggest businesses, brands and agencies, with a focus on new countries. This involves highlighting the unique value proposition Blippar provides marketers and brands while ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standards. 

Prior to Blippar, Alexis looked after UK Strategy and Operations for the Sales team at Facebook. He coordinated sales, finance, recruitment, HR, marketing and product in line with the strategy developed. Before that Alexis spent 9 years in the Telecoms industry across EMEA on Sales Strategy and Business Development. About his talk
